THE TEAM Growth owns Clipboard's expansion into new verticals beyond long-term care: Home Health, Dental, Hospitals, and whatever comes next. Experimentation is a big part of Clipboard and Growth takes these experiments into new verticals from zero to production quickly. WHAT YOU'D BE WORKING ON - Support and expand our newer verticals - Figuring out what to reuse from existing infrastructure vs. what needs to be built from scratch for a new market - Making architectural decisions that are based on good judgement and experimentation You'll also work closely with operations and go-to-market partners who are working on the launch to market, you’ll be getting frequent and fast feedback and should be ready to iterate on that quickly. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Engineers who do well on Growth are comfortable and thrive in ambiguity. They need to be ready to make tough decisions with incomplete information and don't
