What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Hands-on experience with Unity, 3 - 5 years of software development experience, Experience maintaining software libraries and / or writing documentation, Experience with tooling and automation
Nice to Have
Experience building and shipping products using Unity, A love for staying active and healthy, with a passion for helping others do the same, Good command of other languages such as Japanese or Spanish, An interest in playing games and excitement about game development
What You'll Do.
Support external studios in implementing games with our technology stack
Collaborate with our producer team to ensure smooth delivery of games and content in our pipeline
Involve in pre-production of new games
prototyping and motion mechanics exploration
Identify bottlenecks and pain points for game developers
including designers and engineers
Build tools or refine processes to streamline game development
from ideation to deployment
Proactively share knowledge and maintain examples with our studio partners
