Production SRE experience, service ownership, availability targets, toil reduction, operational readiness, SLOs, SLIs, operating production services at scale, Google Cloud, Kubernetes-based workloads, Infrastructure-as-Code experience, Terraform, scripting in Go, Python, shell, monitoring and observability, Datadog, alert design, reducing alert fatigue, incident response, postmortems, on-call or on-support rotations, lead epics end-to-end, learn and apply AI to operational workflows
Nice to Have
designing or running platform-wide SLO programs, applying AI to operational workflows, operating high-scale Kubernetes platforms, distributed systems internals, leading reliability or platform initiatives, strengthening reliability governance through engineering
