The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python-based AI development, agent frameworks (including MCP / LLM-driven agent architectures), and scalable backend services. **Key Responsibilities :** * Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and intelligent agents using Python. * Build and maintain AI agents / autonomous agents leveraging LLMs, prompt orchestration, and agent frameworks. * Develop MCP-based agent workflows (planning, tool invocation, memory, orchestration). * Integrate AI agents with backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines. * Work with structured and unstructured data for model training, inference, and optimization. * Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services. * Collaborate with product, architecture, and data science teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions. * Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Essential Skills:** * All applicants must demonstrate they have a legal right to work in the UK for employment at Allstate.
