Must Have
4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer, with a focus on Python (Flask) for writing accurate, flexible, and production-ready code. Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and familiarity with other database systems. Experience in frontend development using React. Knowledge of Git for version control. Familiarity with SQL for basic data queries and analysis.
Nice to Have
Nice-to-have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for additional data handling and analysis. Proven ability to embrace rapid prototyping within a tight customer feedback loop. Demonstrated interest in taking ownership of major initiatives and driving them to completion. Comfortable working with a certain level of autonomy in a dynamic environment.
