Full Job Description
## Description The Role Lyrebird Health is one of Australia's fastest-growing health technology companies. We turn real clinician-patient conversations into accurate clinical notes, automating the administrative burden that follows every clinical consultation and giving doctors more time with the patients in front of them. We are hiring a Software Engineer to own and ship high-impact features end to end across the full stack, on a product where the technical and clinical problems are genuinely intertwined, helping shape both what we build and how we build it. We are looking for someone who is curious, motivated, and cares deeply about the impact of their work. You thrive with a clear outcome and the freedom to figure out the path. You move with urgency, know how to prioritise, and hold yourself and the people around you to a high standard. About Us Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians' most time-consuming tasks. Thousands of clinicians use Lyrebird every day in environments where accuracy, safety, and time matter deeply. They trust us to deliver a fast, reliable, and secure experience. Everything we build is grounded in earning trust, reducing cognitive load, and delivering meaningful impact at scale. ## What you'll do Own and ship features end to end across the full stack, from the first scoping conversation with product through to a deployment that clinicians are using the same day. Build and improve LLM pipelines and the document generation system using TypeScript, Svelte, Node.js, LangChain, and LangFuse, on a product where reliability and accuracy genuinely matter. Help shape how we build, contributing to technical decisions, code quality standards, and the engineering culture as the team grows around you. Uphold best practices across testing, CI/CD, and the release process, and hold others to the same standard through direct, useful code review. ## You'll be a good fit if you have A track record o
