Must Have
BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field, graduating in 2025 or 2026 and able to work Full Time!, Hands-on experience or curiosity with AI-assisted development tools (e. g. , GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and an eagerness to integrate them into real-world engineering workflows., A budding AI-first mindset - comfortable experimenting with prompting techniques and leveraging AI to learn across the stack, ramp up quickly, and contribute meaningfully from day one., understanding of object-oriented programming/design, algorithms, and data structures and how to efficiently implement them into a solution, Academic, professional or internship experience in one of Java, Python, Javascript, HTML, SQL or C++, analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience using and critically reviewing code and artifacts generated by large language model (LLM) coding assistants and agentic tools, Ability to to effectively guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes, Experience using Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini or other agent-based frameworks, Team-player with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with others, Be a self-starter and possess sense of self-motivation, Experience using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence
