About CCYC CCYC (Culture, Community and Youth Cluster) is a part of GovTech's Government Digital Transformation team where we support the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) and its statutory boards — such as the National Arts Council (NAC), People’s Association (PA), Sport Singapore (SportSG), and Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) — by delivering digital solutions that promote social cohesion, cultural vibrancy, and youth engagement. [What you will be working on] As a software engineer, you will: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure software applications across the full software development lifecycle. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality products. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, C#). Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
