## Company: Marsh Corporate ## ## Description: We are seeking a **Software Engineer** **(MEAN/MERN)** with strong back-end expertise to join us **in Cluj-Napoca, Romania** at our EMEA Technology Hub. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. **Marsh** has established its EMEA Technology Hub in Cluj, Romania, reflecting our commitment to innovation and excellence. This hub is central to our digital strategy, addressing emerging challenges and enhancing service delivery through advanced technology solutions that empower our clients and promote sustainable growth. **We will count on you to** * Develop, maintain and innovate applications using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, etc. * Build and maintain scripts and applications using Python or other scripting languages * Assist team members from technical and functional point of view * Ensure code reviews done with peers and deliver bug free code check-ins * Ensure seamless running of the application by regular security certs upgrades, technical framework upgrades, DAST and SAST security vulnerabilities remediation and other run the business work * Understand and integrate AI development tools into your daily workflow * Communicate effectively with team members and team Manager * Provide technical assistance to other team members **What you need to have** * Excellent communication both in English and Romanian * 3+ Years developing, maintaining, and innovating applications * Excellent knowledge and experience on development techniques using MEAN/MERN TechStack * Understanding of integrating AI development tools into your daily workflow * Ability to collaborate with other organizations to establish application requirements * Experience with assisting team members from technical and functional point of view * Understanding of agile methodology to manage requirements gathering, task management and project reporting **Why join our team:** * We h
