Summary: We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer Lead to provide technical leadership for the development, enhancement, and support of software applications in a regulated clinical laboratory environment. This role will lead the design and delivery of software solutions, guide engineering best practices, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant applications. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise, hands-on development experience, operational awareness, and experience working in regulated healthcare environments. This individual will serve as a technical leader for the team, driving software quality, architectural consistency, and successful project execution while supporting critical laboratory and business operations.
