About The Team We're looking for a Software Engineer I to join our Financial Products Authorisation Optimisation team in Amsterdam. This team works on maximizing issuing authorization rates by approving legitimate transactions while minimizing fraud, as well as providing authentication services for the whole Financial Products solution. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, learn from experienced professionals, and grow your skills in a supportive, cross-functional setting. As a Software Engineer I on this team, you'll contribute to building and maintaining the real-time risk engine that evaluates issuing and banking transactions, our ACS (Access Control Server), and Strong Customer Authentication services. Your work will directly impact how our customers pay with their Adyen-issued cards and authenticate for their transactions. What You'll Do As a Software Engineer I on the team, you will: Develop and implement new features for the services owned by the team. Work closely with our Issuing and Banking teams. Learn and influence our approach to fraud prevention and authorisation rate maximization.
