We're hiring a Software Engineer to accelerate the design and development of internal tooling and automation systems that directly improve the capacity, quality, and efficiency of our Customer facing teams while also creating & designing self-service feature developments. You'll partner directly with the users you're building for, ship features that run in production, and watch your work create real leverage across the business fast. This is high-impact, high-visibility work where you'll see the results of what you build in real time. What you'll do - Design, build, and maintain internal tools that amplify the capacity and quality of our Customer Success teams - Automate repetitive, manual processes across customer onboarding, account management, and reporting workflows - Instrument and monitor tooling performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the team - Develop and maintain async task pipelines using Celery and SQS to handle high-volume, time-sensitive workflows - Build integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms so data flows seamlessly across the stack - Leverage AWS Bedrock, and Claude to identify and build AI-assisted automation opportuni
