You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, learn from experienced mentors, and get hands-on experience with modern tech stacks and US-based client workflows. Key Responsibilities: * Support Product Development: Assist in the full software development life cycle, working alongside QC and senior engineers. You will attend weekly client meetings to observe and learn how professional requirements are managed. * Collaborative Learning: Work with product owner, and engineers to understand how features are defined, estimated, and delivered. * Code Quality: Write clean, documented, and basic testable code. * Agile Environment: Participate in Scrum ceremonies and get familiar with Agile methodologies. ## Qualifications * Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You don't just follow instructions; you ask "why" and look for the most logical solution. * Open Mindset for Growth: A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, workflows, and feedback.
