What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of professional software development experience, Proficiency in Java, Scala, C++, or another modern programming language, Experience building applications in cloud environments and with microservices/distributed systems, Ability to independently execute on well-defined projects and communicate progress clearly, Collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners

Nice to Have

Interest in security domains (e.g., authentication, identity, threat detection) and industry best practices, Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes, Experience operating backend systems for reliability, scalability, and observability
