What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, knowledge of Kubernetes internals and ecosystem tools (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Istio/Linkerd, Calico, Prometheus, etc.), Experience managing production Kubernetes clusters on public cloud provider (GCP, AWS), Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines, Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and containerization, Passion about open source and staying up-to-date with the community

Nice to Have

Experience with multi-tenant Kubernetes environments or platform engineering, Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-native platforms (OPA/Gatekeeper, workload identity, network policies), Familiarity with cost management strategies in the cloud (e.g., autoscaling, rightsizing, spot/preemptible instances)
