What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related or equivalent work experience, Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, Must be willing to contribute at all levels of the tech stack – from persistence to service to front end to messaging, etc., Knowledge of React frontend framework, Experience with AWS cloud services, and infrastructure as code (IaC) frameworks, Experience in developing, deploying, and integrating APIs within a microservices' architecture, Experience maintaining DevOps cultures and setting up new continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques, Excellent problem-solving, debugging abilities, and communication skills, Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, Experience building, shipping, and maintaining production applications
Nice to Have
Manufacturing and/or Aerospace experience, Experience building GenAI solutions utilizing prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, fine tuning, Experience using code assistants such as Copilot or Aider, Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures, Familiarity with containerization tools (e. g. , Docker or equivalent experience) and orchestration systems (e. g. , Kubernetes), Familiarity with automation test frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Junit, Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies, Demonstrated experience with Java and Typescript a very plus

You will lead all aspects of the complete delivery of tools and coordinate all aspects of tool deployment. As a software engineer, you will apply your expertise to the aerospace applications of engineering design, manufacturing, supply chain, mission operations, and customer experience.
