The opportunity We’re hiring a Software Engineer III Contractor to work with our Internal Software Engineering team. This is a senior-level individual contributor role focused on delivering full-stack features that power our internal lead generation and delivery platform. You will independently own feature delivery from defined requirements through implementation, deployment, and post-release support. Our engineering culture emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and pragmatic execution. Engineers work closely with Product to clarify requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver scalable solutions that support core business workflows. We ship frequently, operate within AWS-based infrastructure, and expect engineers to take responsibility for quality and maintainability across the stack. We embrace AI-assisted tooling and modern development practices. This role requires strong backend depth, the ability to contribute across the stack when needed, and comfort balancing delivery speed with system reliability in a distributed environment.
