We're looking for engineers with a strong background in Agentic AI, Large Language Models, and RAG with 0-15 years of experience. The Genus AI team is working on new, cutting-edge AI solutions for debug, analysis, and PPA. Looking forward to hiring candidates who are interested in driving and defining the next generation Genus AI product roadmap. **Education & Technical Qualifications** * Bachelor of Engineering degree or Master of Engineering degree with hands-on AI programming experience * Deep Experience of developing Agentic AI in a framework like LangGraph, OpenCode, Crew, etc * Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) * Proficiency in SKILL based development * Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) is highly desirable * Strong Python programming skills * Strong computer science fundamentals of data structures, algorithms * Strong C/C++ development skills is desirable, but optional * Passionate to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis, problem-solving, and debugging skills * Good written and verbal communication skills, should be a quick learner and a team player ## **We’re doing work that matters.
