U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, On-call rotation

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field, 2+ years of professional software development experience with focus on building RESTful APIs and AI/ML applications, in cloud environments, and containerized workloads, Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or Java, Knowledge of professional software engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations, Solid understanding of CS fundamentals: object-oriented design, algorithms, and problem-solving

Nice to Have

Experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Vector databases, Fine-tuning, AI agent orchestration frameworks
