Full Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE You'll build and optimize the experiences that turn visitors into users and users into paying customers. This means owning new user onboarding, activation funnels, viral loops, and monetization features including credit systems, paywalls, pricing experiments, and upgrade flows. You'll work across the full stack—from frontend UX to backend logic to analytics instrumentation—while running A/B tests and iterating rapidly based on data to move key metrics. As Software Engineer on the Growth team, you'll partner with PM, design, and data to drive measurable impact on our business. You'll balance scrappy experimentation with deliberate execution, moving fast when trying new ideas but slowing down when dealing with money. You'll be motivated by seeing growth and monetization metrics go up and to the right. Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
