What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions., foundation in computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, multi-threading, and distributed systems., Proficiency in backend languages, Go, Python, or Java, and expertise in APEX for Salesforce development and customization., AI & Machine Learning Integration: Proficiency in leveraging AI technologies, such ClaudeCode, Cursor and integrating LLMs into business workflows, prompt engineering, and building AI-driven automation to enhance commercial productivity., Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e. g. , React, Angular, or Vue. js) and server-side rendering concepts to build seamless user interfaces., Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation, especially in the context of integrating Salesforce with external microservices., 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and the deployment of scalable, resilient backend architectures., Experience with real-time data processing tools such as Apache Flink or Kafka to drive live insights and cross-selling triggers., Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git, with experience managing complex codebases across distributed teams.
