THIS ROLE Backed by Wisdom's adaptive context layer, at the core is generative UI: the charts, dashboards, and insights are generated, not built screen by screen. And it runs wherever people already are: web, mobile, Slack or embedded within their web app. The problems are hard, the UX has no playbook! You own a user-facing surface end to end and sweat how it feels. We're hiring at the mid to senior level, with room for staff engineers who still love to build. HOW WE WORK Builders: You're a frontend engineer at heart. Some of us run 50/50 frontend and backend. Some stay frontend-heavy on the hard UI and visualization work. We build the role around you. Ownership:Engineers own projects here, from requirements to ship. PMs and designers are partners and input, not a queue you wait behind. Wherever the work starts, we build it – together. Proximity: You'll work closely with customers, through sales and support and as directly as you want. Staying close is how any of us build something people love to use. Judgement: We all work across the stack with AI doing a lot of the typing. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, pick your flavor, most of us use all three. So the job isn't typing anymore.
