ABOUT THE ROLE Own and ship high-impact experiments and features end-to-end - from hypothesis to production - that directly move activation, conversion, and revenue metrics. You'll design for measurable outcomes, not just output, and iterate quickly based on data. Work full-stack across the Growth surface: activation flows and onboarding, self-serve and freemium infrastructure, pricing and packaging mechanics, PQL-to-enterprise funnels, viral and sharing loops. Build and extend the team's experimentation platform. At Synthesia, Engineers are builders of the experimentation system, not just users of it - constructing A/B infrastructure, instrumentation, and metrics pipelines that power how the whole product grows. Partner closely with product managers and data analysts to prioritize the highest-leverage work, make clear trade-offs between experimentation velocity and long-term scalability, and translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical solutions.
