What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with Python, Familiarity with React, Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Experience with Terraform, Experience with Docker, Experience with Kubernetes, Strong Java background, Experience with Spring Boot, Familiarity with Kafka, Familiarity with Redis, Product Mindset, CS Fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, relational modeling), Quality & Testing (unit/integration testing, code reviews, documentation), Frontend (semantic HTML, CSS, modern React patterns), Backend & Integrations (resilient APIs, 3rd-party integrations), Observability (logs, metrics, traces), Collaboration with Product and Design, Growth mindset (adopts new technologies, seeks feedback)

Build systems for accurate
