ABOUT ENDURANCE Endurance is building the world's first modular subsea geothermal power plants, converting vast thermal resources under the ocean into gigawatts of baseload power. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As an Engineering Productivity Software Engineer at Endurance, you will build software to optimize and accelerate every aspect of the company. As we scale from our first hundred-kilowatt subsea demonstration to gigawatt deployments, you will architect, configure, and build the internal systems that run Endurance's manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering, from MES and ERP through procurement, PLM, and the engineering data layer that ties hardware development together. We believe an internal software team building the right stack is one of the highest leverage moves we can make as we scale. The commercial systems that traditional industrial companies rely on are slow, brittle, and built for a different operating tempo than ours. Your job is to figure out what to buy, what to configure, and what to build, and to write the code that brings the answer to life. You will be in the room with the hardware engineers shipping subsea power plants, the manufacturing leads building the production system, the supply chain leads structuring procurement, and the operators running ocean deployments, designing and delivering the software that makes their work faster, safer, and more scalable.
