The Software Engineer designs, builds, and maintains enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and integrations using .NET, Azure services, and modern engineering patterns. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role delivers both new capabilities and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring solutions are performant, secure, and aligned to enterprise architecture. With a strong focus on integration, the engineer enables seamless connectivity across CRM, enrollment, billing, and partner systems while supporting automation and orchestration through services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps. The role also embraces AI-enabled engineering as a core capability, leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve development velocity, code quality, and operational insights. Through full lifecycle ownership—from design through continuous optimization, the Software Engineer builds resilient, maintainable solutions while reducing operational risk through strong documentation, shared ownership, and proactive incident analysis.
