Must Have
Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in software development, Experience with Azure, C#/. NET, SQL, and API, Experience maintaining and documenting data storage, user interfaces, & backend systems, Serve on successful implementation of projects, Experience with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, Experience in creating and maintaining different authorization and authentication processes, Experience with distributed computing and enterprise-wide systems, Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts across varying audiences
Nice to Have
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, Experience with JavaScript and Extending Dynamics 365 using Power Platform and Azure services, Desire to think in a creative, lateral way both conceptually and in practical application, Obsessed with addressing customer needs, Experience applying AI-driven tools to improve development, velocity, quality and maintainability, Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams

Through full lifecycle ownership—from design through continuous optimization, the Software Engineer builds resilient, maintainable solutions while reducing operational risk through strong documentation, shared ownership, and proactive incident analysis.
