What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, or a similar technical degree, Critical mindset and autonomy, 2+ years of experience in developing and delivering advanced applications, Experience in designing and operating large production systems, Java, Multi-threading programming, OO design principles and patterns, Building services that have a high demand for performance and scalability (eg. supporting thousands of users, or requiring high throughput and low latency), Good technical English communication skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Zookeeper, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus, Some experience with Phyton and Django is also valued
What You'll Do.
Executing the full software development life cycle
Develop backend website applications
API’s and manage databases
on an event-driven architecture
Design and develop services to retrieve
process and transform requests in near real-time
Contribute to best practices and guidelines for software development
Participate in an on-call rotation for our mission-critical platform
Provide support and improvements to our production clients
Improving the quality and resilience of our product
