Job Title: Software Engineer- Coupa We are looking for a Coupa Developer (3–5 years' experience) responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing the Coupa Spend Management platform. The role involves working on Coupa modules, workflows, integrations, and production support activities to enable efficient Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations. The candidate will collaborate with functional teams, ERP teams, and integration teams to ensure smooth Coupa operations and data flow across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Coupa Configuration & Support * Configure and maintain Coupa modules such as: * Procurement (P2P) * Invoicing * Supplier Information Management (SIM) * Maintain and update: * Approval workflows * Business rules and validations * User roles and access controls * Support day-to-day Coupa system operations and troubleshooting. Integrations * Support and develop integrations between Coupa and ERP systems such as: * Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP * SAP * Workday * Work with: * REST APIs * JSON / XML data formats * Middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi – nice to have) * Assist in building and maintaining inbound/outbound interfaces for procurement and finance data. Production Support * Handle incidents, service requests, and system issues in Coupa. * Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes or workarounds. * Support monthly releases, patches, and system upgrades. * Participate in UAT and regression te
