We are currently looking for a Software/CAD Automation Engineer to join our team! In this role you'll be building solutions to boost productivity and efficiency of our custom circuit designs. You will be engaging with multi-functional teams to ensure the robustness of the designs that will have direct impact across all product lines. **What you 'll be doing:** * Work within a multi-functional team on various projects involving Pre-silicon and Post Silicon hardware design and related data * Support circuit design engineers to automate typical design tasks and improve efficiency * Build flows and methodology around vendor EDA tool and design collaterals to streamline design and verification workflows * Work closely with design engineers to support the existing development infrastructure, identify possible improvements and solutions * Employ good software engineering practices to develop complex and scalable systems **What we need to see:** * MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience; PhD preferred * 3+ years of experience in VLSI CAD flows and methodology * Prior experience and background in VLSI is required * Good programming skills in multiple languages (C++, Tcl, Python, Makefile or other scripting languages) * Good interpersonal skills, quick learner, proactive, i
