Must Have
4+ years of relevant backend development experience, Experience working with APIs, Experience working with NodeJS, Experience working with PostgreSQL, Experience working with Redis, Experience using Git, Familiar with various API authentication and authorization, Experience using a cloud provider
Nice to Have
Experience working in a start-up environment, Track record of executing and delivering on projects with high ambiguity, Exposure to high-growth start-ups, Knowledge of agile best practices, Technical understanding of the software development process, Experience working cross-functionality across multiple teams, Experience working in a remote-friendly environment, Knowledge of system-design best practices, Experience working with distributed systems, AWS is a bonus, Experience using a distributed messaging system is a bonus, Knowledge of testing best practices, TDD is a bonus
