Must Have
5+ years of software development experience, BS/MS in Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience, Experience implementing scalable distributed architectures using Apache Kafka & Kafka Streams, Designing and building REST APIs, Experience with modern persistence layers, including NoSQL and RDBs, Experience with cloud hosting, Kubernetes clusters with Docker containers in AWS, Experience with CI/CD tools, such as: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Ability to debug, triage, evaluate, and provide support for users within these systems
Nice to Have
MyBatis is a plus, Extra credit for experience with modern web technologies and frameworks, such as: Node. js, React, GraphQL, Behavior-driven integration testing with frameworks like Kotest or JUnit, Programmatically faking inter-service communication with tools like WireMock
