What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience, React (or comparable modern frontend framework), Python (Django, FastAPI, or similar), REST APIs, relational databases, modern web application architecture, containerized deployments (Docker), cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions or equivalent), written and verbal communication, AI/ML

Nice to Have

integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) in production, agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), RAG architectures, modern data infrastructure (Databricks, Snowflake, Airbyte, or similar), workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Temporal, or similar), small engineering teams, enterprise SaaS, compliance-sensitive industries, AEC, construction tech, or industrial software
