### **Position: Software Engineer** **Job Type: Full-Time, Remote** **Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)** ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems to meet business requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. * Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. * Identify and fix bugs, perform code reviews, and optimize application performance. * Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role. * Strong knowledge of Monday.com * Coding experience * Experience with software development frameworks and tools. * Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. **Benefits** 1.
