Role Summary: We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Software Engineer with a strong foundation in C# and .NET, along with experience in modern frontend technologies like React. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, contributes to software design and process improvements, and enjoys mentoring junior team members. You’ll work independently on epics and stories, participate in code reviews, and help drive technical excellence within the team. A solid understanding of SOLID principles is essential. If you're passionate about building high-quality software and growing within a supportive engineering culture, we’d love to hear from you.   Key Responsibilities: • Independently deliver on epics and user stories with minimal guidance from the team lead • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior software engineers • Collaborate through pair programming when appropriate and offer constructive technical advice • Perform code reviews to maintain code quality and support team knowledge sharing • Contribute to domain and technica
