Software Engineer | Nox Metals | Windsor, ON American factories deserve a supply chain that moves as fast as they do. The next generation of American manufacturing is being built right now. Nox Metals is the supply chain behind it. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible. Our software is not a side project, it is the product. NOX NEST runs the floor, WAYNE runs nesting and quoting, Gondor runs the customer experience. Every shipment goes out because of code we wrote. You will: - Build full stack across NOX NEST, WAYNE, and Gondor in TypeScript, NestJS, React, and Supabase - Ship features end to end, from schema to API to UI to deploy, no handoffs - Work directly with operators, schedulers, and supply chain on the floor and watch them use what you built - Build software that replaces manual work and removes friction from the company - Work on real ML and AI features, cut-time models, demand intelligence, AI parsing of sales orders - Own production systems, ship fast, monitor closely, fix forward You should be: - New grads or experienced - Strong in TypeScript, Node, and modern web frameworks (NestJS, Next.js, React, or comparable) - Comfortable with Postgres and Supabase or comparable - Cracked with AI tools, you use them every day and you are 10x more efficient because of it - A builder who would rather ship a working v1 today than a perfect v3 next month - Customer obsessed, every line of code shows up as a part on a customer's dock - High agency, you handle big items alone and ask for help when needed - Low ego, you walk the floor, you do the unglamorous work because it needs to get done - Not afraid to work outside normal hours when our customers demands it - Never says "that's not my job" This role is full time, in person in Windsor.
