Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future. ## **Department Overview** TETRA Software Engineering Team - Developing Tetra radios for communications and public safety solutions ## Job Description * Responsible for developing firmware for communication devices for the professional and mission critical markets in the commercial, government and industrial segments. * Participate in all aspects of the product development process including specification definition, design, implementation and testing and possess a good understanding of the various software lifecycles. * Coordinate and participate in software design and code review. * Ability to work and communicate well across different functional teams/design centers. * Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology consistently apply best practices & continuous improvement. #LI-MM8 #LI-onsite ## Basic Requirements * PhD / Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Computer Engineering or Computer Science. * Preferably with at least 1-5 years’ working experience or equivalent in **firmware development.** * **Embedded system debugging** and strong analytical skills are essential. * Good Programming & debugging skills in **C/C ++.** * Experience with **Scrum/Agile/SAFe** development methodologies. * Experience in **real-time embedded software development** for communication devices, automotive applications, industrial automation and consumer products will be an added advantage. * Knowledge of test equipment su
