Collaborate and lead multi-functional IT teams to document, configure, develop, implement, test, and deploy enterprise system solutions. Pro-actively analyze, solve, address, and resolve system and process issues, along with identifying and mitigating risks. Contribute to business & IT testing, training, risk analysis, group presentations, and status reporting. Build on strong customer relationships to understand customer expectations.
