software engineering experience building production systems in a modern backend (Java) or full-stack environment, hands-on experience with modern web technologies, especially React or similar frontend frameworks, Proven ability to take ownership of problems end-to-end and deliver high quality outcomes, product and engineering judgment, with the ability to solve business problems pragmatically, Experience working in fast-moving environments with changing priorities and ambiguity, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, A high bar for software quality, reliability, and performance
