Today, Intenseye helps protect hundreds of thousands of workers across 25+ countries—and we’re just getting started. ## What You’ll Do Build and own full-stack features across our React/TypeScript frontend and C++/Python backend, delivering polished end-to-end product experiences Design and implement high-performance, low-latency data pipelines that process real-time safety event streams from computer vision models Develop and maintain REST APIs and async backend services that power customer-facing dashboards and alerting workflows Collaborate closely with product, design, and Research teams to translate safety intelligence into intuitive, actionable interfaces Contribute to GCP-based cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines to ensure reliability and scalability across distributed customer environments Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and iterate quickly Champion engineering quality: performance profiling, code reviews, testing, observability, and documentation ## What We’re Looking For 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful full-stack ownership Proven track record at a startup or high-growth env
