As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building new customer-facing products and scaling our core platform powering insurance across the EU, working closely with teammates across the company to turn ideas into execution and execution into measurable outcomes. ## What you will be doing Product Development: Build new customer-facing products, extend existing ones, and iterate on making the customer experience even better. Platform Scaling: Build up and scale our core platform powering insurance products across the EU. Technical Leadership: Lead by example, promote best practices in software development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
