What They're Looking For.

Must Have

proficiency in programming languages such as Go (our primary backend language), Java, Python, or similar languages, Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design, Proven experience with APIs and database systems like MySQL and DynamoDB, Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows, problem-solving and analytical skills, 2–4 years of professional experience in software development with demonstrated growth and impact

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing secure coding standards, Experience with micro-services architecture and distributed systems, Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
