Essential qualifications include a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, with 1-2 years of experience as a Software Engineer. Requires knowledge of web-based application development, hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, API integration, and version control/CI/CD tools. Must possess core software engineering principles, design patterns, communication skills, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Nice to Have
Desirable qualifications include experience with Sitecore CMS, WordPress, modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel), additional JavaScript libraries/frameworks (Vue.js, Angular), design tools like Figma, basic exposure to headless CMS concepts and composable architectures, knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira), ITIL practices, and legacy web technologies (PHP, jQuery, Ajax, XML).
