What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, or similar scripting languages, Experience with ESM and ITSM platforms, Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools, Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
