[What you will be working on] As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining secure, scalable digital services that support case management systems, legal workflows, and citizen-facing services Translate product and business requirements, including case workflows and legal processes, into clear technical designs, specifications, and development plans Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications that serve real user needs Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices Take ownership of features from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance Develop and maintain applications on low-code platform such as OutSystems, applying sound software engineering practices beyond low code abstractions [What we are looking for] We seek engineer who combine technical excellence with strong collaborative instincts—people
