This role is hands-on, office-based, and highly collaborative, working closely with **operations teams, business users, and IT** to ensure the ERP platform remains stable, secure, and fit for purpose while we gradually modernise surrounding systems. You will be the go-to person for **day-to-day ERP support** , incident resolution, minor enhancements, and technical troubleshooting across an **older technology stack**.
