What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Australian citizen, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a STEM-related discipline, Experience supporting business-critical applications, ideally ERP or similar, Comfort working with older/legacy technology stacks, skills in SQL, Familiarity with Windows and/or Unix/Linux servers, Understanding of application operations, incident management, and change management processes, Experience in web coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Experience in web frameworks React, Vue
Nice to Have
Experience working with an ERP platform, especially older COTS applications, Exposure to ITIL-aligned support processes, Experience participating in migration or modernisation projects from legacy systems, Experience creating runbooks, SOPs, and training materials for application support
