Must Have
3+ years building reliable, secure software in production, Full-stack experience – comfortable across the frontend and backend, Proficiency in Python and React, or demonstrably fast at picking up new stacks, A track record of writing clean, testable, maintainable code
Nice to Have
Experience with Django, AWS, or OpenAI APIs, Prior work at an early-stage startup where you helped set engineering standards, Familiarity with legal tech, document processing, or data-heavy workflows
