The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. **Job Description** We are looking for an early-career Software Engineer who is curious and collaborative with a penchant for learning and excellence. The position emphasizes strong software craftsmanship, AI-assisted development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The role would expect to apply the principles of secure software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing and evaluation of software and cloud infrastructure. You build software collaboratively with AI tools and agents. You ship working code every sprint, learn fast, and treat AI-augmented development as a core skill - not an add-on. **Who You Are:** * AI-Augmented Mindset: Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) in personal, academic, or professional projects. You don't just use autocomplete - you provide context, iterate on outputs, and evaluate quality.
