What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, Over 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer working with complex, large-scale, and diversified applications and tech stacks, Proficiency in python, JavaScript, Typescript, or Go, with a understanding of software development principles in either a backend or full stack environment, Great communication skills and ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, Experience working in agile environments and delivering high-quality code within tight deadlines, Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, AI proficient or AI curious
Nice to Have
Payments or financial knowledge, Experience with Cloud and Infrastructure technologies like AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, prometheus, Experience with Databases like Postgresql, Mongo, Redis, Any experience in other programming languages not mentioned above
