About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex business problems through thoughtful software design and practical engineering solutions. In this role, you'll work directly with finance, operations, and investment teams to build software that powers investor reporting, fund operations, portfolio management, and internal business workflows across Alumni Ventures. A significant part of this role involves transforming spreadsheet-based processes and manual workflows into scalable applications and automated systems. You'll build tools that move, transform, and manage critical business data while helping the organization operate more efficiently and make better decisions. This is a high-impact opportunity for an engineer who enjoys owning projects from concept through production and wants to see their work directly influence how a growing venture capital platform operates.
