You will be responsible for defining the architecture that enables the collection, integration, identity resolution, governance, and activation of consumer data across our marketing and analytics platforms. This role will establish a robust, scalable, and privacy-first architecture that enables real-time personalization, advanced analytics, and a unified view of the consumer across brands and channels. You will oversee the integration and optimization of BlueConic (CDP), Klaviyo (CRM), and our custom Consumer Master platform while providing strategic direction on the evaluation and implementation of a Master Data Management (MDM) solution to serve as the foundation for consumer identity and data governance. This position offers the opportunity to shape the long-term vision of our consumer data strategy and ensure our technology ecosystem supports the evolving needs of modern marketing and digital engagement.
